Our tailored programmes offer meaningful activities and skill-building opportunities that support wellbeing and personal growth. Through hands-on learning and guided support, participants can: Build self-esteem and confidence Develop motivation, structure and routine Gain work skills and life skills Explore education and employment pathways Connect with others in a nurturing community Based on five acres, Earth Gardens offers practical experience in: Horticulture: Growing veggies and herbs, composting, landscaping, garden maintenance, preparing vegetable orders Cooking & Preserving: Meal preparation on a budget, cooking for one, preserving - making jams, pickles, chutneys Workshop Skills: Tool, lawn mower and small machinery maintenance, woodwork projects, lawn card Cultural & Community Activities: Creative crafts, local outings, cultural group, social connections. We support people to refresh old skills, learn new ones, and expore opportunities such as volunteering, further study, or connecting with employment support services. Our kaupapa is about walking alongside people as they build confidence, purpose and readiness for the next step in thier recovery journey.
