Our counselling services are for students enrolled at Massey University.
Before we can book your first appointment, you need to complete an assessment form. The assessment is confidential and gives the counsellor a better understanding of how they can help you.
If this is your first-time making an appointment with a counsellor, please complete the online assessment form
When you submit your online form, a counsellor will review it, and you'll receive an appointment within three business days.
Assessment forms are also available from campus clinics.
If you need to see someone in an emergency please contact Need to Talk 1737, or the DHB's Crisis Mental Health Team on 0800 800 717. An emergency would include you feeling that you are at risk of hurting yourself, or others; or feeling too overwhelmed to function.
