We are contracted to provide a range of mental health, advocacy and social housing services.
We embed our organisational values in the delivery of these services:
- Manaakitanga: enhancing the mana of the tangata receiving our services;
- Rangatiratanga: supporting people's self-determination of the tangata receiving our services;
- Whakawhanaungatanga: establishing relationships, a sense of belonging, family connections and kinship for the tangata receiving our services.

Programmes
Respite Services provide a safe place to reduce risks associated with a crisis or relapse of mental illness. It is an alternative to being admitted to hospital or an option for earlier discharge from hospital. Trained staff are always present. We provide the following mental health crisis respite services: Adult (Tūmanako & Te Aroha, Manurewa); Maternal (Awhi Rito, Manurewa); Youth (Mā te Huruhuru, Grey Lynn).

Mobile Mental Health Support provides a range of services to people who have experienced mental illness and who would benefit from support with their recovery. The service is mobile, visiting people wherever they live in the community. Our services are specific to different population groups, recognising the importance of cultural strengths to wellbeing, and matching staff to different language needs. Kaupapa Māori (Te Korowai o Te Aroha); Pasifika (Ola Manuia); Asian; Muslim; General Mobile Support; Housing & Recovery Support (Te Rangimārie); Community Living Service (Ahurei); Cultural Support; Awhi Ora (working within medical centres); Peer Support.

Social Housing provides support for people in the Auckland and Whangārei region who are experiencing difficulties with their housing.
