Mind Set Engage, New Zealand Rugby's free mental health and wellbeing programme, provides knowledge and tools to support mental wellness for everyone, both on and off the field.
MSE aims to support rugby environments to be places where help-seeking is encouraged and stigma related language and behaviour is reduced. The target audiences are rugby players, club leaders, coaches, managers, parents, whānau and the wider rugby community. More
