Description

The Ngāti Maniapoto Marae Pact Trust provides a range of services including Whānau Ora Collective, Koroua/Kuia Support Education, Social Services, Disability Support Services, Strengthening Families, Tamariki Ora and Out Reach Immunisation.

The Trust aims to provide additional avenues for the prevention and treatment of health and social difficulties which may affect all members of our community and to develop better ways for people to have easier access to this assistance.

Staff

The Ngāti Maniapoto Marae Pact Trust Community Services Division is made up of a qualified and experienced team of health, welfare and social workers who have a commitment to ensuring children and families have access to the services that are essential in providing a better quality of life in homes and in our community.

We provide: Community-based housing and recovery-focused support services for people who experience mental health disorders Access to support staff 24-hours/day, 7 days/week Te Whare Ruruhau o Maniapoto provides a home set in a tranquil rural environment that is safe, relaxing and comfortable. This service provides residential holistic recovery support, crisis and planned respite care for tangata whaiora and their whānau.

We provide:

This is a recovery-oriented service to assist people with mental illness to develop their life and living skills and enjoy relationships with others. This service provides an opportunity to learn, enhance/improve skills and to build meaningful relationships for people with various disabilities and health issues, by providing a platform that will integrate creative, physical activity and engagement in community life in a social environment. This service is located at 133 Esplanade Road, Te Kuiti from 9.00am -3.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
