Description

Odyssey House Trust Christchurch provides therapeutic support and education to clients with drug and alcohol addictions and/or Mental Health needs. Our mission is to reduce the harm to the individual, family and community by reducing the long term effects of addictions and mental health.

Staff

We have staff teams made up of - Social Workers, Counsellors, Nurses, AOD Counsellors, Peer Support, Support Workers, Occupational Therapists and Art Therapists.

Hours

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Mon – Fri 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Residential services are 24/7
Community services have group and individual sessions by appointment outside of these hours

Methamphetamine Help Team (MHT)

MHT is a phone-based, nationwide counselling service available for anyone who is experiencing a problem related to methamphetamine. This includes those that use and those who have concerns regarding someone else’s use. Service users are assigned their own Counsellor and can be supported at any stage of their journey. We have the ability to offer some face to face appointments in Christchurch. The service also provides advice and education to organisations managing people with methamphetamine concerns.
