Support & Counselling

Counselling Sessions Counselling is a process designed to help you find solutions that are right for you. It can enhance your understanding of yourself, your relationships, and your life choices. Your counsellor will provide support and encouragement as you explore and challenge ideas or beliefs that may no longer serve you. We provide support for a wide range of concerns, including: Grief and Loss Mild to Moderate Anxiety and Depression Stress and Burnout Shame Guilt & Trauma Relationships and Couples Self-Esteem and Confidence Sexual Abuse and Sexuality (ACC sensitive claims) Adolescents and Decision Making Our Services Personal and Professional Development Courses ACC Counselling – by a private ACC-registered counsellor Children and Adolescent Counselling Crisis Support Walk-in emotioonal Support Information and Referral Services Psycho-Education "Liking Who I Am" – A self-esteem course designed to improve confidence and self-acceptance.

Referral Process

We provide support for individuals aged 8 years and above.

  • Children (8–17 years): Referrals must be made by a parent or legal guardian. An initial assessment will be completed prior to commencing support to determine suitability and individual needs.

  • Adults (18+): Self-referrals and professional referrals are accepted. An assessment will also be completed prior to engagement.
