Counselling Sessions Counselling is a process designed to help you find solutions that are right for you. It can enhance your understanding of yourself, your relationships, and your life choices. Your counsellor will provide support and encouragement as you explore and challenge ideas or beliefs that may no longer serve you. Referral Process
We provide support for individuals aged 8 years and above.

Children (8–17 years): Referrals must be made by a parent or legal guardian. An initial assessment will be completed prior to commencing support to determine suitability and individual needs.

Adults (18+): Self-referrals and professional referrals are accepted. An assessment will also be completed prior to engagement.
