Transitional employment opportunities Established in 2002 Hamlin Road Farm in Auckland offers people the chance to work as a farmhand for up to six months, gaining valuable paid work experience while they prepare for permanent employment elsewhere. During their time at Hamlin Road Farm workers work with an employment consultant to develop a CV. They also have the opportunity to complete a National Certificate in Horticulture.
