RSA supports all service personnel, ex-serving and their families, including ex-commonwealth services and traditional allies (e.g. USA). You don't have to be an RSA member or have served overseas to get advice and support from us. For 24/7 confidential support spanning both telephone and face-to-face support, call 0800 NZDF4U (0800 693 348). A local support person can connect with you and your family, help you to establish and access the support you need and stay with you during the process, if you would like. RSA provides support for: Health and Wellbeing Long term physical, mental and social health is important to maintaining a good quality of life for anyone who is in service or has served. Financial Support If you are in need of financial support, you can apply for assistance by contacting your local RSA. Career Transition When it's time for a soldier, sailor or airman to leave the military, there are steps they can take to make this life-changing transition more successful.
