Every day the RSA movement helps all current and former service personnel and their families get the support they need.

Most of the RSA team are ex-servicemen and women who have a shared experience and understanding with those they support.

You don't have to be an RSA member or have served overseas to get advice and support from us. For 24/7 confidential support spanning both telephone and face-to-face support, call 0800 NZDF4U (0800 693 348). A local support person can connect with you and your family, help you to establish and access the support you need and stay with you during the process, if you would like.
