Description
We offer a range of services including assessment, treatment and consultation for clients with restrictive eating disorders (Anorexia Nervosa and Atypical Anorexia Nervoxa), Bulimia Nervosa and other feeding and eating Disorders. We also provide training and consultation to other health care providers working with people who experience disordered eating. Please contact us for further information.
Staff
The SEDS team is multidisciplinary and included, registered nurses, clinical psychologists, social workers, occupational therapy and dietitians as well as psychiatrists.

This service is for persons with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa and Eating Disorders – Not Otherwise Specified (ED-NOS - AN and BN sub-types). Our team of specialist clinicians includes psychologist, a psychiatrist, mental health nurse, clinical social worker, occupational therapist and a dietitian. We offer a range of services including assessment, treatment (individual, group and families), consultation / shared care with community and inpatient teams (medical and psychiatric) for clients of all ages and throughout the Waikato DHB region. We offer consultation, training and supervision for Waikato DHB staff and local community services; as well as clinicians working with clients with eating disorders in the Midland Region DHBs.
