This service will have a close relationship with our Te Ara Rau Programme to provide early and easy access to primary mental health and addictions services being developed in our community as well as key education and direct support for general practitioners, nurse practitioners, other health practitioners and practice nurses. Health and Wellbeing Hui recovery programmes in partnership with our primary providers will be designed/co designed by this team.
