West Coast Health is providing Brief Intervention Counselling for mild to moderate mental health problems. These counselling sessions are held at the West Coast Health building, medical centre where the person is enrolled, on-line or over the phone for youth and at schools. Counselling covers issues such as: relieving anxiety and depression understanding addiction and facilitating change managing stressful situations understanding change including loss and grief improving problem-solving and setting future directions increasing resilience and satisfaction with life
