Description
Whaioro Trust is a Kaupapa Māori Mental Health and Addiction Service supporting whānau to develop wellbeing plans that include exploring employment and/or training opportunities. The Addiction team provides Alcohol and Drug early intervention counselling, and prevention programmes which include vaping and gambling harm reduction for rangatahi (youth) and their whānau. Additionally wraparound support is available from Health Coaching, Social Work and BARS/mirimiri services. We work with all ages, stages and ethnicities.

Referrals can be made directly or through education facilities, Government agencies, other local NGOs, and Iwi services. This programme is offered in the wider Horowhenua area, with the staff based in Levin.
