Fees and Charges Description

We are a DHB funded service. We can support people who are receiving the Job Seeker Support Benefit from WINZ, who are living in the larger Auckland DHB catchement area. We can also support people who may be residing in Northland.

If you are not eligible for a WINZ benefit we have self funded options available.

Hours

Mon – Fri 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Office and Reception hours are as indicated. 
Counsellors are available Monday - Friday from 8.30 - 16.30
Therapy groups and counselling sessions are held daily in counsellors hours.
Assessments are available at various days and times throughout the week Monday - Friday.

Residential Alcohol and Other Drug Supportive Service

Wings Trust is an abstinence based residential treatment service for men and women in recovery from addiction. Our evidence based adapted therapeutic community offers unique support to our whai ora. Our tangata work collaboratively with their counsellor and create a treatment pathway. This may include attending detox services or other intensive treatment programmes pre and post Wings Trust. After you have acheived your recovery goals, and graduated services in your treatment pathway, you may be eliglble to apply for the Reintegration programme, Aftercare programme or Home Host programme. The programmes include alcohol and drug education and how to prevent relapse. Intensive group therapy, 1:1 counselling, gender specific support, and psycho-education and emotional regulation. Our Services include: assessment self referral, GP referral, agency referral one to one counselling group work referral to residential and community based treatment programmes referral to related specialist services liaison with and referral to culturally appropriate services i.e Tupu Pacific Services, Te Atea Marino CADS) participation in community based 12 step groups consumer advisor/cultural advisor computer access kapahaka and te reo yoga and physical therapy

Wings caters for clients aged 20 years and over.

Clients are generally funded by way of sickness benefit.
