Dr Zelda Strydom is an experienced doctor in psychiatry and addictions, who has worked in lead roles for mental health and addiction services over the last 20 years both in the UK and NZ. Zelda provides assessment and treatment to adults with a range of substance use disorders including those involving alcohol, prescription medications and other agents, particularly those associated with mood and anxiety disorders. She holds a special interest in the assessment and treatment of insomnia and is able to offer clients the international gold standard Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).

Zelda continues her role as a medical officer in community mental health services in Auckland. She can provide psychiatric assessment reports for immigration purposes.
