Description

Once and For All is a stop smoking service available free to smokers who live or work in the Waikato region.

Facilitated by Pinnacle Midlands Health Network, Once and For All is a six-week programme that is internationally proven to work. It offers intensive behavioural support for smokers, in group sessions or one-on-one, with a dedicated Quit Coach.

Each week, smokers meet with their Quit Coach and are guided through the quitting journey with stop smoking techniques, expert advice, and support. You can choose to meet with your Quit Coach one-on-one, in a group, or they can come to you at your home or workplace.

If you are still smokefree four weeks after your quit date, you receive a $50 reward voucher. For pregnant quitters, you receive up to $300 in reward vouchers.
