Let's be honest, stopping smoking is hard. But we can make it easier. Our FREE service is focused on you and includes face-to-face sessions with trained professionals who can help you make it through. When you decide you're ready to stop smoking, many people will be on hand to help. Alongside our professionals, remember it’s okay to ask your friends, whānau, doctor, midwife or anyone else for extra support to help you succeed. Group sessions: We have group sessions at convenient drop-in locations throughout Auckland. Drop-in centre locations can be found on our website or call 0800 500 601. If you are physically unable to attend a drop-in centre, we may be able to visit you at home (please note, vouchers are not offered for home visits). Please call 0800 500 601 to discuss further or email to discuss further. Closed group and residential services: We also offer closed groups to agencies and residential services (please note vouchers are not offered for closed groups). For more information, please call 0800 500 601 or email to discuss further. Incentives to quit: Our team will check in regularly to make sure you're doing okay, share heaps of tips and ideas to help you beat the habit, and can give you free nicotine replacement such as lozenges, gum or patches to help beat those nicotine cravings. We also have a range of vouchers that you could be eligible for when you quit. Check them out here. For more information or resources, please email or phone 0800 500 601.
