Our Matanga & Matanga Midwife will assist you along your progress with:

  • Regular Face to Face & phone follow up’s
  • Available and flexible to meet in a space that best suits you!
  • Supply Nicotine Replacement Therapy

Group based therapy is designed to support large groups on the same journey to becoming smokefree. Each group is facilitated by two TOAM Matanga stop smoking coaches and will run for 4 - 6 weeks.
