Dr Michael Wynn-Williams is an Auckland-based gynaecological surgeon, with extensive experience in advanced reproductive endosurgery, minimally invasive pelvic surgery and pelvic pain conditions.
Areas of interest and procedures offered include:
- Advanced laparoscopic & robotic-assisted laparoscopic techniques for endometriosis, fibroids and hysterectomy
- Complex hysteroscopic surgery

Dr Wynn-Williams offers private consultations in person at Advanced Gynaecology Auckland. He will also see private patients from around New Zealand and Pacific Islands by telehealth video conferencing.
Additionally, Michael has a public position as the Lead at Minimally Invasive Gynaecology Service (MIGS) at National Women's Health, Auckland Hospital.
