Brad Chittenden is a gynaecological surgeon who has specifically trained in minimally invasive surgery. He has certification and training from the UK and USA in advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery.
Brad received his basic medical training in South Africa. After completing his degree he emigrated to the UK with the aim of specialising in laparoscopic gynaecological surgery.
Motivated by his strong preference for minimally invasive surgery, Brad received training under the stewardship of Prof Kevin Cooper. Prof Cooper is recognised as one of Scotland’s foremost laparoscopic surgeons, and his unit has been recognised as one of the few in the UK able to train laparoscopic surgeons to the highest level.
Brad works closely with Fertility Associates to provide consultations and surgery for women with infertility.
