Referral Expectations

To enable holistic care for your child it is most helpful if primary care/GP details can be included in referral letters/email, alongside educational facility attended.  Any additional reports already undertaken will enable us to maximise appointment time and be most efficient.
Please also include a list of current medications, any allergies.  It is also beneficial to understand ahead of time if your child has any special needs or fears which we can try to mitigate to make the appointment as stress free as possible.

Southern Cross and Nib Membership details provided in referral will enable pre-approval.
