Profile

Dr. Regmi is a highly experienced Consultant Psychiatrist with over 21 years of practice in the healthcare systems of the United Kingdom and New Zealand. He holds the position of Honorary Senior Lecturer in Psychological Medicine at the University of Auckland and is a certified supervisor for postgraduate Psychiatry Fellowship trainees, accredited by the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.

Throughout his career, Dr. Regmi has made significant contributions to postgraduate psychiatric education, training more than 50 professionals in the UK and New Zealand, many of whom are now successful Consultant Psychiatrists.

As a Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in the UK, Dr. Regmi is committed to patient-centered care, with a focus on Professionalism, Innovation, Research, Lifelong Learning, Fairness and Inclusion, Ethical Practice, and Multidisciplinary Collaboration. He has received five Clinical Excellence Awards during his tenure in the NHS.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Regmi has been actively involved in research, serving as Principal Investigator for a multinational study within his UK NHS Trust. He has authored several influential publications, including *Conquering Depression*, endorsed by the World Health Organization, a country profile featured in *The International Review of Psychiatry*, and a controlled study on postpartum depression published in *Tropical Medicine and International Health*.

Known for his collaborative and patient-centered approach, Dr. Regmi continues to earn the respect and admiration of his patients.
