I am a New Zealand trained surgeon specialised in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. My private practice is situated at Forte 2, 132 Peterborough Street, Christchurch.

Some of my interests include :

• Advanced endoscopic sinus surgery and balloon sinuplasty
• facial plastic surgery including rhinoplasty, otoplasty and blepharoplasty
• coblation assisted surgery for tonsillectomy and snoring surgery
• state of the art treatment of otitis media/glue ear, tonsillitis and the runny or blocked nose.
• injection snoreplasty and radio frequency treatment to the soft palate and tongue base for the control or snoring and sleep apnoea.

Otolaryngologist

Prior to beginning Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) training I have worked in :

• General practice in Perth, Western Australia
• plastic surgery at Middlemore Hospital
• paediatric surgery at Starship Hospital
• general and trauma surgery at Auckland Hospital.

This gave me a broad and useful skill base to take into my advanced training in ENT, first in Dunedin and finally Christchurch.

After obtaining my fellowship, I worked as a consultant surgeon at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary in Scotland, developing my subspecialty interests.
