Spencer Beasley is a specialist paediatric surgeon and paediatric urologist who worked at the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne for 13 years before coming to Christchurch in 1996. He has a special interest in inguino-scrotal conditions and urology, and provides an outreach service to 6 South Island centres.

He is also Clinical Professor of Paediatrics and Surgery at the University of Otago.
