Social Work Service
Social Workers are registered health professionals who work together with health practitioners to provide a comprehensive service to patients and their family/whaanau.
Social Workers undertake a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment with patients. This includes a review of a patient's social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, financial and support needs and determines how this may impact on the patient's health and wellbeing.
