The Physiotherapy Outpatients Service at North Shore and Waitakere hospitals provides input for various conditions. We can offer:

• Assessment, treatment and provision of advice, education and / or equipment to improve function, activity and participation capacity
• Rehabilitation post surgery, post acute injury, post exacerbation of a chronic condition, post neurological event or exacerbation, for respiratory conditions and amputees
• Mobility and balance assessment and training
• Neurological and vestibular (including BPPV) assessment, treatment and rehabilitation options where there is potential for improvement

• Pulmonary Rehabilitation Programme.  Education and strategies for management of respiratory conditions, such as COPD, Bronchiectasis and Disordered Breathing

• Lymphoedema Physiotherapy: Education, exercise and provision of compression therapy/garments if appropriate to manage primary and secondary lymphoedema across the lifespan

• Pre and postnatal and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy management
