Description

The Hearing and Vision Team delivers services to pre-schools and schools within the Counties Manukau region. This Well Child screening programme includes:

Vision and Hearing screening for 4-year-olds as part of the B4 School check
Hearing and vision testing for new entrants who were not screened at the B4 School check
Provide a school Networking Hearing Technician

B4 School Check Free Clinic at Manukau SuperClinic, Module 4

Counties Manukau Health runs a B4 School Clinic every Saturday from 8:30am to 3pm (with the exception of public holidays). Available services at the clinic are:

Immunisations
Dental
Vision and Hearing
B4 School checks with the Plunket Nurse.

No appointment is necessary.

Fees and Charges Description

There are no charges for services to public patients if you are lawfully in New Zealand and meet one
of the Eligibility Direction’s specified criteria set by the Ministry of Health.
If you do not meet the criteria, you will be required to pay for the full costs of any medical treatment
you receive during your stay.
