Mental Health Services for Older People can work with:

• Individuals aged 65 years and over who are suffering from severe mental health issues
• Individuals of any age who are living with dementia and are experiencing significant behavioural and psychological problems
• The Memory Clinic sees individuals who require diagnostic clarity around complex early memory problems

Description

Mental Health Services for Older People has a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, mental health nurses, occupational therapists and social workers who can all support you.

Our service provides:

• specialist diagnosis assessment and treatment
• specialised dementia support for behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia and complex dementia
• tailored plans to keep you safe and well at home
