Fracture Clinics
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons.
These clinics are run in Starship for patients who have had a broken bone that has already been treated and further appointments are required to check the injury to see how it is healing.
Often, x-rays are taken on arrival or after your child's cast is removed. The time taken to have x-rays, casts removed and other treatments can be up to several hours. Appointments will take less time if these other procedures are not needed.
Please be patient and prepared as these clinics can be busy. For more information see the Starship Website for videos and information on coming to Fracture Clinic
