Description

Adult Mental Health Services are provided to adults (18-65 years) residing in the North Shore, Waitakere and Rodney districts.

  • Community based care providing outpatient appointments
  • Inpatient care (Emergency / crisis assessment 24/7)
  • Alternatives to admission (crisis respite care and home based crisis support)
  • Access to specialist ongoing rehabilitation & extended care residential facilities (residential support needs provided by NGO, clinical needs met by WDHB)

Referral Expectations

You may be referred to us by your GP if your symptoms are severe and you are having difficulties functioning in your everyday life.  Sometimes there may be a waiting period before you are offered an appointment. If your problem is very urgent, you will be seen the same day you are referred.
