How we can help A community connections support worker or counsellor works with people individually or in groups to support those experiencing tough times or dealing with a crisis. We have access to a huge support network and can connect our clients to the right organisation with access to a wide range of resources. We can assist with immediate relief in the event of a crisis or family harm event with ongoing care and assistance.
