How do I access this service?

Contact us

You can access our services via self-referral, where you contact us directly.

Referral

Clients can be referred through another agency, the Family Court or NZ Police. Once the referral has been made, we will contact you to make an appointment.

There is a high demand for our service so we may not contact you right away. However, if you are concerned and have not heard from us, please be in touch. If you are mandated by Family Court, you will need to contact us as soon as your court documents have been served to you.

Make an appointment

For your initial assessment, a RISE clinician will meet with you in our office for an initial chat to help you and the clinician identify the service best suited for you, which will be a group programme unless there is a compelling reason otherwise.

Walk in

We welcome you to walk in during business hours.
