Fifth Avenue Family Practice is one of the longest established practices in Tauranga, having served the community for over 75 years.
We offer general practice services as well as the following specialised services: some clinics are open to casual patients.
- Women's Health Clinic - specialising in Menopause and LARC - open to ALL women in the Bay of Plenty. Held at 40 Fifth Avenue, Tauranga

Women's Health Clinic:
Initial Appointment (30 mins): Enrolled Patient – $145 / Visitor (not enrolled) – $240
Follow up Appointment (15 mins): Enrolled Patient – $60 / Visitor (not enrolled) – $145
Travel Health Services:
From $175 per person for a 30-minute appointment. Vaccines and nurse time are an additional cost.

- Women's Health Clinic - held by Dr Diana Ford every Tuesday at Promed House, 71 Tenth Avenue.
- Skin Cancer - Dr Todd Hulbert offers a dedicated skin cancer clinic on Monday afternoons and Friday mornings for skin checks and surgical treatments on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. Dr Kiran Singh also offers skin checks on Wednesday afternoons through his Cosmetic Clinic.
- Earwax Suction Clinic - Tuesday 1.00pm – 5.00pm and Thursday 8.00am – 11.45am.
- Cosmetic Clinic - Dr Kiran Singh holds these on Wednesday afternoons.
