Led by Dr Linda Dear, Menodoctor offers you a team of doctors who are dedicated to Perimenopause and Menopause care. We provide holistic and extended consultations to empower and support women during this life phase, enabling them to achieve optimal health and wellbeing. 

We offer both virtual and in-person consults across NZ

How do I access this service?

Make an appointment

Make an appointment:

  • for an in-person consult here
  • for a virtual consult here

Initial appointments are 45 minutes and cover all menopause related areas including physical and psychological symptoms, medical and family history, as well as lifestyle factors like diet and exercise.

Existing patients are able to:

  • obtain a repeat prescription online
  • access email consult (a short query regarding your symptoms or treatment plan)
  • book a 20-minute follow-up consult

If you have 'Private GP cover' specified in your Southern Cross / healthcare insurance plan then you will be able to claim some / all of the cost back.

As well as being able to prescribe all forms of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), our doctors also advise on lifestyle and natural approaches to help you throughout your menopause journey. Following your initial consultation, we can provide ongoing support, helping fine tune your treatment plan or offer further guidance and support as needed.
