Rotorua Community Hospice Trust provides hope and dignity through exemplary specialist palliative care to patients and their families and whānau in partnership with fellow health professionals. All Hospice care is delivered free of charge.

Mon – Fri 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Care and support is available 24 hours a day by telephone. The administration offices are open from 9am to 5pm. For after hours support patients and whānau can phone Hospice and will be out through the nurse on duty.

We offer the following patient services: Palliative Nursing Care for Patients in their Homes Nursing service on call 24/7 for advice and support Grief and bereavement counselling and support Specialist equipment on loan Day stay activities once a week Palliative beds in rest homes for respite or end-stage care
