My Holistic Care provides flexible, person-centred support services designed to assist individuals with everyday tasks of living in their own homes and communities. We believe in providing care in a way that demonstrates respect towards each person’s independence, dignity, culture, and personal goals.
We specialise in supporting people living in rural and semi-rural Auckland where our local, community-focused approach ensures clients receive dependable support from familiar faces who understand the unique challenges of rural living.
We work in partnership with individuals, families, and whānau to deliver safe, respectful, and compassionate support that fits around daily routines and evolving needs. Our services are tailored, flexible, and responsive—helping people to remain connected to their homes, communities, and way of living.

Staff
Our support team is experienced, compassionate, and well trained to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. Team members are selected for their values, professionalism, and ability to work respectfully with individuals, families, and whānau.
All team members complete an appropriate induction and receive ongoing training, supervision, and regular updates in line with New Zealand health and safety requirements and organisational policies. Mandatory refresher training is completed annually to ensure safe practice and continued competence.
These processes help ensure our services remain safe, compliant, and aligned with current best practice, supporting consistent and reliable service delivery.
