Bupa The Booms Care Home

Aged Residential Care Service, Community Health

Description

Moving to a care home is usually something you think about when you need more help and care with everyday things and we understand this can be a difficult time.

It’s our promise to give you the best possible care, that’s individually planned.

Located at the gateway to the Kauaeranga Valley, The Booms boasts a lovely rural outlook and a view of the Thames Racecourse. We are surrounded by beautiful English rose gardens, which have won several prizes at local flower shows. There’s a dairy close by and the local shops are just a short drive away.

Our rooms are a good size and all have a sink. We have lots of cosy corners for you to entertain your friends and family in, or you can sit and chat in one of our large lounge areas.

Features of The Booms:

  • Friendly to make you feel at home.
  • 24 hour assistance.
  • Outdoor spaces to enjoy while you relax.
  • Family room.
  • Communal dining room.
  • Short stays available.

During the week, we have lots of different activities and outings to keep you busy. Your family is welcome to come and join in with our activities, especially events like our Quiz Night, Happy Hour or community concerts. You can get involved as much or as little as you like - it’s up to you how you spend your day.
