Vaccinations - As per the National Immunisation Schedule vaccinations are available. Please call or text our Telehealth Nurse on 021 197 2781 or attend our Vaccination Clinic every Saturday 9am to 2pm.
Tamariki Ora (Well Child) - Available to whānau living in Waitakere region. Home visit service is available for tamariki aged 0- 4years old. Core visits, milestone checks, advice and immunisation are all included in this service. Providers please send your referral under the child's name, including next of kin details, to [email protected] Whānau can also self refer to this service. Mauri Tu Mauri Ora Cancer Screening - Offering free cancer screening for cervical, breast and bowel. Providing education on prevention of cancer through promotions and events. If you are overdue, would like to speak to someone or want more information regarding this service, please contact our Telehealth Nurse on 021 197 2781
Cancer Navigation - Support service for whānau who are navigating their journey and are living in the Waitakere region. Our team provides support for you and your whānau, to help you understand your plan as set out by specialist along with your treatment. Māori Mobile Nursing - A service for whānau who have long term illness. How to support, educate and help whānau to understand and maintain their plans. Connecting to secondary services if required.
