I left and joined another provider after a pretty bad experience. I was a patient there for 10+ years so it wasn't a decision I took lightly. Happy to give feedback if anyone from the medical centre who wishes to contact me directly.

The doctors are amazing but when you seem to have reception staff more concerned about payment pretty disappointing I get singled out for payment before seeing a doctor yet and to be told if payment isn’t made before tomorrow will be cancelled.
