My mother moved here and 8 weeks later we have moved her back to her original medical centre (had moved her because her doctor had left) and thought as she lived in Long Bay would be a good opportunity to move her. The worse decision ever. The lack of care, the lack of treatment, is utterly disgusting. In a space of attending this doctors practice twice a week for two weeks, she ended up being at the A&E medical centre twice with a severely infected leg, which this practice had been looking after for 9 weeks. The A&E were concerned it was sepsis. No need for it. The doctor she also had there would speak down to her, telling her she was imagining pain, wouldn't listen to her, wouldn't give her the medication to help her breathe that she had been having at her previous doctor and treated her like an idiot. To see that my mother has deteriorated since she moved here is an utter disgrace. I would not recommend at all. I personally am relieved and I know she is too that we have moved her. Treat your patients with respect and care. Even the nurses commented that her leg was infected and not good.
