Telehealth Consultation

  • Telehealth consultations for enrolled patients only
  • In person consultation preferred, but virtual consultation provided as required
  • Video consultations
  • Phone consultations

A virtual consultation is a way of having an appointment with your healthcare provider, but not in person. This is usually done via a video app or a phone call. For more detailed information about telehealth consultations, please see the guide from Healthify.

We believe that face-to-face consultations are the best way to deliver personalised premier healthcare.

However, in the context of the current pandemic, we are happy to oblige with video or phone consultations for:

1) conditions or problems that do not require clinical examination

2) follow up of conditions that do not require clinical examination

3) follow up for repeat medications for stable mental health conditions that do not require clinical examination

4) administrative problems that do not require clinical examination

Please be advised that when your doctor performs a telehealth consultation, he is unable to physically examine you  and hence there are inherent drawbacks and limitations that you must accept before the consultation can be initiated.

We are able to see most patients within our facility as we have been redesigned with a room that has separate access as well as dedicated ventilation for any cases that may be suspicious.
