COVID-19 Vaccination
- Pfizer vaccine (12+ years)
- Child Pfizer vaccine (5-11 years)
- Eligible GP enrolled patients only
- Make an appointment
Getting a COVID-19 vaccine is an important step you can take to protect yourself, your kaumātua and whānau from the effects of the virus. For more information on the COVID-19 vaccines and eligibility visit Ministry of Health - COVID-19 vaccines
The majority of routine vaccinations can now be administered before, after, or at the same time as your COVID-19 vaccinations. The exception to this is the Zostavax (shingles) vaccine where a 7-day gap before or after receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 is advised. If you have any questions, please discuss with your healthcare provider.

GP practice - enrolled patients only
This practice provides COVID-19 testing to enrolled patients. Please call the practice for more information.
Description
Welcome to West Harbour Medical Centre, which was started in 1985 by Dr Philip Haggo.
Shirley, our receptionist, has worked here the last 30 years. Our nurses Sharon and Cheryl job share the practice nurse role. Dr Anna Tabuteau joined the practice in 2011 followed by Dr Lily Shue more recently.
We routinely leave the premises during lunchtimes.
Our organisational philosophy: We aim to provide affordable, high quality family health care in a friendly, caring, solo general practice environment. We realise that there are some limitations with being a small and solo practice, but there are also many benefits.
