Jay, our audiologist, brings years of experience to Resonate and a background as a product specialist for a leading global hearing aid manufacturer. He’s an expert in the latest fitting techniques and hearing aid technologies, always striving to deliver the best outcomes for his customers. Jay is passionate about raising the standard of audiological care in New Zealand and loves the collaborative culture at Resonate. When asked about this, Jay said one of the best parts of his job was "I love the seamless collaboration, transparency and the fact that we are always striving to do things better here. There is so much learning going on here and I get to work with the best audiologists in the country and the best leaders in the industry. There is always room to grow and improve how we serve people so our customers can achieve the best outcomes possible." Hearing Aids (Unlimited Subscription): $90/month — no lock-in contract. Includes device, servicing, and upgrades every 3 years.

Ear360 Hearing Health Check: $99

ClearEars Ear Wax Removal: $79

Additional Services: Contact us for pricing on other services such as medical hearing tests.

All services are transparent with no hidden fees.
